Introducing ‘The Future of Leadership is Human’ Podcast
What is leadership today? What should it be? Leadership has changed, with a more human approach creating better work environments. In a new podcast series I speak with expert guests to explore what it means to be a leader today. This podcast series will build awareness and skills in leaders - both old and new. It will also give a lot of ideas for Coaches working with leaders.
My guest in the first episode is Liz Rider. Liz is an organizational psychologist and thought leader in the area of human-centric leadership. Together we unpack what leadership and human-centric leadership is and why shifting to this type of leadership is so important and impactful for organisations and people.
